Reclaimed Chesney’s – The Soane Pattern VI Surround
In statuary marble. This is probably the best known of all Soane’s chimneypieces and can be seen in situ at the Soane Museum in London. The design incorporates precise linear detailing and relies on perfect masonry skills for its manufacture.
This particular surround has one damaged/repaired interior slip. This could be accepted as wear and tear, or easily replaced with a new marble or slate slip.
Available to view in our Cranleigh showroom.
