British Fires – Ashlett Inset
The Ashlett Insert adds another option to the British Fires’ growing product catalogue. Following Dutch proportions, the insert allows for one, two or three-sided installation. It can be upgraded with a splendid steel frame finished in a textured powdercoat black paint.
British fires offer the Ashlett Insert with Deluxe Real Logs as the standard option. The British oak logs and fuel bed finished with bark and wood-chippings come to life with the rich warm and vibrant hues glowing underneath.

Front facing
Fully Recessed creates a more prominent face-on view both sides can be covered by fully-recessing the fire into the chimney breast. This installation method adds perceived width to any room.
Cornered (L or R)
Cornered is the option to have only one side covered up and installed into a corner section of a room where this style would suit. This can be done with either the left or right side of the fire to be covered — creating a more dramatic room composition.
Three-sided
A three-sided install offers both the left and right hand sides open within a constructed chimney breast. We have shown the fire (left) with a raised slate hearth to compliment the fire. This design offers a modern approach on a classic arrangement.
